TCU looks to be right there with Tech, Raiders have a higher ranking early which is largely propped up by class size at this point. Both TT and TCU have 4 4-star commits each which equals OU (at 4) and more than Texas (at 3)

Just for the record, Tech is only taking 18-20 in this class. So after this weekend, Tech is about 80%-90% there, we got silent commits.

Good question.

It’s pretty fluid for everyone. So you’ll probably want a plan A, B, C, etc. I would guess the majority of transfers doesn’t take a staff by surprise. Tech has recently signed a couple of transfers in the secondary for depth, one may start, but it’s a temporary solution. So I’m sure there are variables at play.
