Last time (Big XII --> PAC), what was the actual CU Board agenda just-prior to the public announcement of that move?

Part b is likely the Treasurer, but part a is likely on legal issues for giving notice, costs, the Big XII contract, etc.

You might just be correct on that take.

Keep dreaming. Colorado is staying in the PAC 12. They want an invite from the Big 10 instead.

Interesting the deal being made out of this and not the previously unscheduled zoom meeting of PAC officials last night to discuss "media rights."

If the Pac-12 had a meeting about their media rights AND actually provided numbers... The number would have leaked by now.

Pac-12 kicked the can again.
Colorado will kick the can again.

This is the song that never ends.

The Pac is like a wounded moose, you just have to follow it long enough and eventually it will die, but you may have to be very patient and not get to close.

I like Scheer's response to his own tweet:

The executive session is actually about realignment of the calendar instead of their conference.

I don't have any idea why there would be any tie between an Apple World developers meeting and sports TV rights.

Well the Roman calendar is racist and mysoginist.

Its not fair to define dates as certain days. It should be fluid.04-cheers

Colorado has to be convinced that PAC is going to fall apart to go back to the B12 when none of the teams it cares about are going to be there anymore

They can want all day. It isn't going to happen.

...about 5 minutes into Flug's vid (now a 'archive' - same link hopefully) he shows the 2010 agenda two days prior to CU's announcement to the PAC, and it reads very much the same... again, the curious thing about this agenda is the late date which it was posted - as late as possible (24 hours prior) by the Board rules... check out the future meetings, agendas are already available... 03-idea

Not really. They only care if they can make more money per year in the Big 12. How much more? 5-10m a year might be enough to get them to move.

No, we want CU to join the big 12 so that the Pac is forced to turn to their Saviors from Boise!

If Boise really wants to join the Pac they should vote to change their name to "Bolorado" so they can pitch to take Colorado's place by virtue of "being pretty close, but better alphabetically. The alphabet is extremely important."

Colorado's alumns are in California. That is where their donors are at. They would pull support for money if they move to the Big 12.

Would they do that if it meant they are at a serious competitive disadvantage to the B12 because of a streaming only TV contract or significantly less money? Doubtful.

I know I want my school to have every competitive advantage it can have.
