Woah!! Somehow I missed this. Thanks for breaking, ‘79!!

Now we need someone to transfer? What an awkward situation.

This is pure speculation. But I have a sense that with the way TyCuff is playing, he will either go for the draft, or try for a grad transfer year at a big time school. So probably going to have a slot, but losing a huge player to gain it.

Dammit you are right Ramy. I was unaware that Acuff spent two years at Duquesne, I thought it was just one, thus the grad transfer option is real. I don't see him as a draft pick, but I do see him migrating to Ann Arbor, Columbus, etc...

And since he went to Cass Tech, you better believe he has the intellectual capacity to graduate in 4 years. He is a goner. You are probably right though Big Time college program more likely then NBA.

I believe the biggest factor will be whether or not Acuff thinks he will be able to help EMU win the MAC his senior year.

Heath and Simon were at AA Huron's game last night watching 2025 G Macari Moore. MSU assistants were there too. It would be nice to get a good local player, either straight out of HS or when he transfers (because everyone transfers at least once).

RE: Men's Basketball 2024 Offers
I like the offer to Godslove as a PF but we desperately need a 6 foot 8 inch 250 lb center with some quickness who can score with his back to the basket. Instead of trying for the 7 foot centers, we should try to target the 6-7 or 6-8 centers. Think Marcus Kennedy or Inke Ezugwu sp? If we are very lucky get a center who will develop low post moves with some foot speed. We missed on our current front line but need to really get some muscle and athleticism down in the post.

If I thought we had a realistic chance I could watch him pla a game. He is a DMV player. Think in a Maryland suburb of D.C.
