Tough Loss
That was a tough loss to Georgetown. The Miners didn't hussle too much and Ayala could have stepped up a little more and tried 3 pointers toward the end. Everytime the Miners tried to make a rally and the crowd started to get noisy Georgetown would hit a 3 pointer or make a big play to silence the crowd. There were two Georgetown fans in the crowd that would stand and celebrate everytime the Hoyas made a big play.

The Miners will learn from this game and improve.

Man, they shot lights out from 3 point range. I couldn't believe it. Those refs were whacked out in the head. Hell, it was a tough loss, but atleast Doc showed that he wasn't going to leave without letting them know he was there. GO MINERS! Hoyas got game!

I was waiting for Doc to get the t. He had to do it. Good for him. I bet he made The Bear proud. Georgetown was just too much for us last night. How often is a team going to shoot 60% from three? I'll tell you what. I like our team a lot. They get after it. Henderson is really coming on. The guy plays phenomenal D and his offense is coming around. Tofi looks like an all conference player. We just need to get everybody clicking on the same night. As of now we have one or two guys. The games where we have 4 and 5 guys in double figures(NMSU, PAcific) we look very tough to beat. I still think this team can have a good year. If and when we ever get healthy, we will be tough. Go Miners.
