This could end up being an all-time reach. I'm getting a JaMarcus Russell vibe from Richardson. Fantastic talent, not very accurate but can run the ball... I'd wager that Irsay forced that pick down his coaches' collective throats. They could have traded down quite a bit and still drafted him at the least.

Wait, this comparison isn't fair to Russell. He completed 67% of his passes and had 28/8 td to int ratio his senior year, plus he won the Sugar Bowl. His record as a college starter was 31-7. Richardson? 54% career completion %, including 53% last year. 6-7 record as a starter.

WHAT A REACH. This makes me glad I'm not a Colts fan.

One thing I'll say about Richardson compared to Russell or Ryan Leaf. I doubt that he will have the same character issues those two had. Can't say anything else, though
