Thrilled with this hire. For those questioning his output as a head coach ... I hear you. It's important to remember there is a vast difference between the responsibilities of the head coach and an assistant coach. He has been a pretty decent head coach. That is far from easy. He'll be a remarkably good assistant coach and that will help Penny and the team a lot, IMO.
