We all were very disappointed with him early in the season. The offensive line gelled and when he got time to throw, he absolutely tore it up. While he did not have the Glass or Roback cannon, he could place the football. Probably not NFL material, but way better than Ben Bryant.

We all were very disappointed with him early in the season. The offensive line gelled and when he got time to throw, he absolutely tore it up. While he did not have the Glass or Roback cannon, he could place the football. Probably not NFL material, but way better than Ben Bryant.

My 2 cents on this.....I think the Lions are still pissed about not knowing/drafting Maxx Crosby. The Raiders snagged him in the 4th round or so and the Lions had him in their backyard and never sniffed him. I think they are now paying more attention to the MAC guys. In fact, I think the Lions host a EMU, CMU, WMU event for the guys.

An interesting thought to ponder is that had the Lions taken Crosby, they likely would have passed on Hutchinson, and more likely not have been in the draft position to have taken Hutch.

I ran into my former co-worker Gunnar Oakes at Eagle Crest today. He told me he just worked out for the Lions the day before. Gunnar is not at the Maxx or Jose Ramierz level for that matter, but the Lions are looking at him.

Fat Matt Pat and clueless Bob Quinn have taken their arrogant NE Patriots attitude elsewhere.
