Leads his team to a 14-19 record, but somehow he's been cheated because Detroit Mercy didn't get a CBI invite. How pathetically selfish.

Gotta hit .500 if you wanna go to a bowl game, I mean post season tournament. Looks like 2 teams had a minimum of 16 wins in the CBI, sorry but 14 ain't gonna cut it.

I was aware of this, but didn’t realize their record was so bad.

Of course he got cheated. His 5th season didn't get extended by a meaningless Tournament so he could beat a guy who set the record in 3 years. Without a 3 point line.

As he's approached the record, I admit that I've sorta felt bad for him. Every time there was a mention of the record, all the comments were about how it isn't nearly as impressive as Pistol Pete's record.
Well no kidding. Any moron can see that.

Still doesn't mean that it isn't a big accomplishment. There was so much focus on the fact that Pistol Pete's record is still more impressive that almost nobody gave him any credit....

Seeing this poor attitude...I'm really glad that he didn't write his name into the record books

I was kind of hoping he would break the record. Even with the obvious differences, it's a huge accomplishment.

But the whining about being "cheated" out of a post season tournament when your team sucked ass is where he lost me.

You weren't cheated out of anything. Your team sucked, and you were an individual, selfish player that didn't do enough to improve your team. And your dad's career coaching arc is laughable.

Sounds like a whiner just like his dad.

Didn't know anything about this before today. Will forget about this after tomorrow.

And that's why he's pissed.
