On that last defensive possession I already knew they would score. It's some kind of weird voodoo going on with the program

Same here
Used to be really invested in Tiger games before but other things in life are way too important. It’s a disappointing loss and all we can do is hope for the best in the future. Don’t really have a lot of choice

I was at the 08 Kansas game and got up and left about 5 seconds after Chalmers hit the shot. Knew it was over.
I got up and left the room when the jump ball was called. Knew it was over. Watched the replay of their last bucket and saw 3 of the 5 players out of position, it was a well designed play which is why I knew it was over.

if we played like we did tonight, they probably would have lost to FDU on Sunday.
the good news is the national media will focus on Prude getting beat by FDU. We won't even make the second page.

Agree 100%
When I was a teen, every Tiger loss just ruined my entire day. Oh, and losing in the NCAA tournament? I couldn’t get any sleep or eat anything at all.
Now that I’m a little older and wiser, I keep the “highs” in life at a reasonable level, and never allow the “lows” to permeate my mind. I’m disappointed that we lost tonight, but thankful for the great season we all enjoyed.

Bad luck is all it is…Kennedy would have been a difference maker in this game.

Davis was limping around like a kangaroo. I doubt he would have been 100% for another game anyway. I bet he is feeling it right now.

And what was this about Dandridge and Davis going at it? Did Dandridge tell Davis, "no way are you going back in with that ankle" and that what set him off? lol

...and what was the deal at the end when it seemed that two players at the table were about to come in---it seemed Davis waived them off and then Penny pulled the 2 guys about to check in back to the bench----seconds later Davis throws it to FAU--thus resulting in the tie-up NON-CALLED-TO

Agree. We had some low IQ players this year.

Another disappointing Memphis loss. It's built in our DNA as local sports fan and you should be used to it.

11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
You could not pay me to do the things I did at games when I was in my 20s.
Eventually, you grow up to a point where you're still a fan, but your self-image doesn't rely on the success of people in their 20s playing with a ball.

If there’s a silver lining to the conference realignment BS, it’s that you Jane to come to terms with the fact that it really just doesn’t matter. With each BS loss or new conference, you care less and less. I’m kissed we got screwed, but I’ll be over it tomorrow and will make it easier to watch less and less going forward.
