That's the KD factor.

Thanks for sharing. I saw that earlier. Amazing that NO ONE took (1) Purdue!

I agree.

Actually a couple did, but they are at the bottom so it's easy to miss. But still for a #1 seed to get that little "support" says something about Purdue. Especially since Memphis had as many picks as they did.

RE: ESPN college basketball experts' Final Four picks
Have you EVER seen so many picks for the #5 seed? And so few for the #1?

The breakdown is, if I counted correctly:

2 votes for #1 Purdue
11 votes for #2 Marquette
1 vote for #3 Kansas State
0 votes for #4 Tennessee
26 votes for #5 Duke

Is this not a strange distribution?

I agree that is strange especially considering no #5 has won it. It could happen eventually, but is this Duke team the one to end that streak? They have a lot of size, but they have quite a few double-digit losses.

I don’t believe a 5 seed has ever won the championship…

A 5 seed has never won a national championship. An 8 seed has though.

I like Kevin Brown and Matt Martucci. Good picks guys!

1985 Villanova. Time for Memphis to end the drought.

I'm shocked. ESPN normally gives us ZERO respect.

Because it's Duke...ESPN has a unhealthy obsession for the Blue Devils.
