RE: Transfers from MBB
There is a Walsh player in the D2 Portal named Tim Smith Jr from Cleveland that averaged 16.2 points a game played 30 minutes a game. Could lightning strike twice?

Also if Offutt was heavily involved in recruiting Farmer or Wilson I could see them transferring to Illinois State. Just a thought.

With Wilson, he has not demonstarted in the limited minutes that he play that is something that Ill. St or anyone else on that level would want him.

RE: Transfers from MBB
Wherever Farmer ends up, I think he will blowup next year and be a top scorer and decent defender. I do recall that after his 19 pt game K said he still needs to make the extra pass more often. There may be a disagreement about his role.

Also, I don't see Lorrentson as ever being a starter based on his athleticism or lack thereof. But maybe he is in an academic program he likes and is willing to finish out career as a backup. I think K has adopted the Nichols/MacDonald philosopy of holding coachibility and character as a important factor in deciding who is on his team. Lorrentson is probably a hard worker who can end up as a significant contributor by senior year but probably never as a starter.

TK needs to find a JUCO undersized banger like Craig Sutters. He was maybe 6-5 but was physical and could defend the post and rock the rim.

Any OL guys that want to bang around after football is done?

Physical depth is a team need

Big loss for CMU as their Point Guard who played sparingly this past season due to injury, Boopie Miller has transferred to Wake Forest. Interesting to follow how he performs in the ACC as compared to Sears performance this season for Alabama which turned out very well for both parties!

Find 2 guys 6'8 +-
one who can jump to the rafters and
one who can knock down the building.
Of couse they both have to shoot 50% from the 3 point arc.
