Hodges is going to Tennessee State, which makes alot of sense because their program has no standards and their coach is a jagoff.

One good thing about the portal is the excitement of who we might bring in

UT-Martin's Chris Nix is in the portal, started 31 games in the post for them.

Morehead St's Jake Wolfe is in the portal

Tevin Gowins is in the portal. Just guessing he's looking for a scholarship from a D2 or somewhere -- just a guess.

Makes sense. He could get decent minutes at a D2 school. Martin & EE should be a good 1, 2 at PG next season

Do you see a scenario of Ward playing the 2 guard and Martin the point? Martin is quick and has the ability to both drive and dish or finish at the basket despite his size. What I'm most concerned about is replacing Chris Harris' leadership even more so than his point production. Who steps up to fill the void?

I don't, but who knows really. When I see Ward, I see pure PG. But I like Martin alot too. Just whoever develops (hopefully both do).

I don't think you can replace Harris's intangibles, but his scoring can be replaced. I've never seen Bell play in person but someone that has and is familiar with the OVC thinks he's better than Thelwell at Morehead and he started for them as a freshman. Elkamil was recruited by alot of OVC and MVC caliber schools also.

Russell left for UT Arlington to join Pickens.. Went 11-21 last year
