This is what I hoped for when Penny was hired. Many of us said then that he had 5 years to show us something and man has he. Penny is now a "rightly seasoned" young coach who has faced a ton of adversity and come out the other side better for it. I admit I've had my doubts over the last 5 years but not any more.
