Wow the 1963-65 was cool as hell. We should be putting this on a helmet and doing a full retro uniform.

I think he is better orange for one simple reason. He stands out in the crowds. You want your mascot to be highly visible. He's perfect.

Pounder needs a head remake. A tuff ferocious head like the Griz. A Tiger is ferocious dammit. That head looks like a goofy cereal ad---That mascot's name should be Prancer not Pouncer....
o well maybe we should have 2 mascots...one for the kiddies and one for the killers

07-coffee307-coffee3 I wore a dress shirt today with the 1993-2001 logo on it and I had two different people at two different locations ask me if I went to Michigan. Another asked me if I went to Missouri.

Agree. I think he looks good the way he is. He doesn’t look like any other mascot.

I like the blue & gray logo! Urnge ain't one aior colors! As for Pouncer I have never like this iteration of the mascot ever since Kirk came up with this one. I kind of liked Caliper's mascot, Scratch, but that one got shot down quickly. Time for a new design that is more muscular and fearless. I do like Super Grizz.

The orange is fine. Also fine with the softer features. No one really cares about mascots outside of kids. Not sure my kids would want to take a picture with something ferocious.
