Saw her play at Toledo back in January and she more than held her own...would be a good pickup, but I don't really know that Cincinnati as it stands right now is even a step up from Miami.
My guess is we grab a transfer or two from Memphis, maybe even Wright State given the staff's relationship with the players. Looking at the bios, nearly all of Katrina's Memphis staff was with her at Wright State either as a coach/support role or a player.
Yep, that's probably a safer bet.

Thankfully, Jamirah Shutes is all out of eligibility so we never have to worry about seeing her in Red-and-Black.
Maybe orange... Orange is the new black, after all...

Eh... I think he's right in that a lot of the most hardcore have moved over to Bearcat Journal. Chad and his group do such a great job providing coverage. Those boards are very active.
I enjoy the personalities around here even when they conflict. I wish it were more active, but I think what Chad's built has moved much of the basketball/football discussion over there.
But I'm not leaving!
I think it's more people just don't visit forums nearly as often anymore. Everything is Facebook groups or discord. Those have all the casual fans as well, so the discussion is never nearly as good. We're still a basketball school at heart, so I imagine things will pick up when we're back in the big dance. All of the new Big 12 opponents should increase activity, too.
This.
I'm a professor, and during COVID I had some classes do online forums as a way to collaborate and discuss the material. I soon found out that I literally had to provide an instruction guide for what an online forum was - I did a poll in one class and 3/4 of the class had never used an online discussion forum of any type before, and I think only one student had used one in the past month.
All of us left here are the slowest apatasauruses in the herd.
Actually the Facebook groups are "older" as well. Twitter seems to be a younger group of fans.
Not to trash anyone specifically on Facebook but I find the people who post on that forum to be not as knowledgeable about sports or UC's history than the folks who post on the message boards.
