Not unless they played like Loyola Marymount back in the day. Only so many shots to go around and Boogie, DJ, Landers, Tyler, and Emoni would each want to take every one of them. Talented team? Sure. Dysfunctional circus? Abso-freaking-lutely.

I don't want to talk bad about DJJ. But I agree. He has SO MUCH talent and simply hasn't lived up to what he could be.

Yeah, he and Cisse have flatlined production for their entire careers.

The knock on him now that was on him in high school. Low energy. When he wants to play he’s as talented as there’s ever been here

Who would have guessed that it's simply a matter of DJ just not wanting to play. If he really wanted to, he could be posting up 20 points a game, but he simply doesn't feel like it. Yeah, that makes perfect sense.

Its a crying shame that this is happening all across college basketball. NBA teams are now more stable than college teams.

Blame the NCAA and their total lack of leadership. I believe the players should get paid. College basketball is a big business, and it's unfair to allow the schools and the NCAA to rake in millions while exploiting the talent, expecting them to generate all of this money for nothing.

Why is the NBA generally stable? Contracts. If they're going to allow college athletes to get paid, they need to stop pussyfooting around with this NIL nonsense, and just accept it for what it is. Allow the players to be paid directly, versus this roundabout farce that is NIL, and have the players sign contracts. To pretend that the revenue generating sports at a college aren't professional sports (and have been for decades) is almost laughable.

He has always appeared disinterested. I posted several times that if he acted like he was excited, he might actually become excited. Yep a waste, he will make some dowdy woman an excellent husband someday.

RE: 2022-23 former Tigers stats

Need to get him back here ASAP.

Stammers contends Sam would have been logging major minutes for the Tigers two years ago if Duren hadn't come.

Unfortunately, after a year redshirting at Memphis and practicing against Duren and Malco, he didn't get a chance to shine at FGCU (9th place in the ASUN) only getting to play 13 games and averaging 0.7 ppg and 1.8 rpg.

Bring him on home!!!
