Kent State vs. Ohio
The last game of February finds the Golden Flashes at 23-6 with a 13-3 Conference record. Not bad at all. Saturday's victory over BG was a big one. Kent State remains one game out of first place and is nearing a lock for a top 3 seed.

The next obstacle is OU. Pardon me, Ohio. The Bobcats had a six game winning streak snapped in Oxford on Saturday. Now they sit at 9-7 in the conference, one game ahead of NIU for the fifth seed. NIU, for the record, will host Buffalo on Tuesday.

The good news for KSU is that the Bobcats are not the same team on the road (4-10) as they are at the Convo (13-1). The bad news is that Dwight Wilson continues to put up nice numbers for the Ohio U. Job number one is keeping the 6'8/250 pound grad student contained.

While the Flashes are dealing with Ohio, Akron will be hosting Ball State and Toledo will be in Mount Pleasant.

GO FLASHES!

RE: Kent State vs. Ohio
If Ohio scores in Kent's basket, they get negative points, and there will be a lot of confusion on the Bobcat side on which basket they should be shooting at.

This is both the most important week, to date, of the season and the least important week remaining in the season. Win please.

I agree anti-zip. It is like Paul Simon once said, "I am older than I once was, but younger than I'll be, thats not unusual."

Beating Ohio University is the first mission. I assume that Toledo is going to take care of business at Central Michigan. But, I also assumed that Kent State was going to take care of NIU and Ball State. Win on Tuesday and Friday will be all the more enjoyable and even a bit less stressful.

Yeah, but Dylan once wrote, "Ah, but I was so much older then. I'm younger than that now." What that has do to with the Ohio game, I have no clue.

I think Dylan was referring to how KSU has had to replace Santiago in the rotation.

Showing my age but I believe Dylan is the only living member of the Traveling Wilburys

And Jeff Lynne. Man, I miss Petty. It's insane how many classic songs he wrote over such a long time period.

If you are going tonight, go early. The ticket purchasing is not working. If you're getting walk-up tickets, you might want to get cash in case.

Losing at home when heavily favored. I thought this be a comfy win tonight.

Need this if they want any hopes of finishing as the #1 seed and a shot at co-champs.

Ironic that as I’m watching the game the scrolling billboard on press row is showing “TicketSmarter - a smarter way to buy tickets” 03-lmfao

Miss a dunk that would have us within one possession, instead it comes back for a 3 and now down 8. 03-banghead
