Seems like we got off to a good start and then the team started to think this game was going to be a cakewalk and then started getting sloppy.
Bad shot selection and a bunch of shots missed at the rim.

I will get crucified by a few posters and the "sometimes there is a lid on the rim" responses but this team is terrible at the rim.

change the frickin game plan and start guarding against the 3. more stagnant offense, missed layups. don't even bother with the tournament if you can't handle georgia state at home.

ODU just beat Marshall.

This is a Mr Hyde half for the Dukes. The defense is getting shredded by one of the worst shooting teams in the nation. Not so far tonight though…66% from downtown and 56% overall. Not enough turnovers generated by the D which has looked passive tonight.

Fake GSU is the last place team in a 14 team Sun Belt. JMU simply can’t let this one get away at home. Circle the wagons, play tougher D in the second half, and win on senior night.

I know this sounds dumb, but the difference so far this game is shots not falling in the first half and just the opposite in the second half. Sounds too simple, huh? We were missing one-foot shots in the first half.

I kind of want to finish 4th so we play Troy in the quarterfinals. They are the 5th seed. ODU is playing well and will be the 6th seed. Beating them 3 times will be hard too. Plus we will be in the bracket with S Miss and not Marshall, who is the 2 seed.

We scored over 40 points in the first 13 minutes of the second half. May this continue throughout the conference tourney and beyond. Because if it does continue throughout the conference tourney, there will be a "beyond." Great time to peak!

Should’ve emptied the bench by now, save them for the SBC tourney. Take each senior out at each stoppage, let them get their final home applause.

Not convinced there is any easy path to the final, we lost to USM earlier this year.

Looks like Troy/USM or ODU/Marshall most likely, but that presumes no other upsets. UL likely other side of bracket.
