recruiting area is mostly Memphis. Yes you can build a winner at Ole Miss with 3* talent from Memphis...but it would be difficult for him to replicate his LSU success there...and that is what they would be wanting to see him pull off.

Oh, I don't know.... I am sure those people down in Oxfart can probably pull together a few strong-ass offers to build a team....

I would imagine most schools wouldn't want to be associated with Beard in spite of the charges being dropped. Ole Miss might be desperate enough to give it a shot.

Been LMAO at my ole miss friends for the last 2 weeks saying they’re gonna be stuck with Dusty May. Boy did that blow up in my face! One already telling me he will have me a ticket to the game in Oxford next year so that I can watch Beard kill us and another betting me $100 on them making a sweet 16 before Memphis does in the coming years. Penny turned Ole Prius down already.
They tried to hire him before Memphis did.

Beard will have ole miss in the NCAA tournament next year if their roster stays put. He has turned every program he's been at around very fast and makes the tournament the first/second year he becomes coach. He clearly seems a little sleazy but the SEC loves that kind of guy.
