9th straight home win
Undefeated at home this season, 8-0. 11th win overall this season today versus Hartford. UH made 8 of 12 3s in the first half and took the lead with a buzzer beater before half.

2nd half, Chicago State outscored the Hawks 41-18 and cruised to a 75-53 win.

USC and Dayton transfer Elijah Weaver was honored as the sole Senior this year.

Next, a little down time before the big matchup with Gonzaga on March 1, followed by a March 4 tilt versus Fresno State.

RE: 9th straight home win
Interesting box score. Hartford took exactly half their shots from the arc and made half of them, which usually is a formula for a win. But they shot only 4 free throws, which is not unusual for 3-point teams. Also, we had 39 rebounds to their 23. Also, we had only 11 turnovers against 16 assists. Hit the boards and don't turn the ball over. Those will cover a multitude of sins.
