First 2024 commit is a WR from Milwaukee.

This thread is very frustrating to navigate. Not sure why we need to track offers.

Apologies Dave. There’s only 2 posts in this thread with offers. Won’t post anymore…

Not sure what's so confusing. Please continue to post offers.

And Mods, please pin this thread.

It just seems excessively lengthy as offers continue to be listed. I would suggest separate threads for offers and commits. Otherwise, the commits are going to get lost in the thread as all the offers are added.

I know you have started this thread several years in a row and I am just trying to keep offers and commits separate for ease of use. Either way works for me.

I moved it to one thread for 2022, 2023 and now 2024 because two threads seemed like overkill, but im happy to do whatever the board prefers. My thought was to continue to update the first post in the chain with the commits as they come in so everyone could always refer back to that

Big kid, can run, wonder if he ends up sticking? That’s about my only question for him. I like this pick up early.

Toledo needs 4 separate threads just for their offers.

Hammock tweeted #24 committed 2 hours ago. So it looks like we have our 2nd commitment.

Being a debbie downer, but commits this early mean absolutely nothing anymore. They want to lock up their spot and wait until the P5 option comes.

RE: ***2024 Official Recruiting/Verbal Thread***
The two positions this staff hasn't had a problem finding good players for are running back and D tackle. Everything else has been pretty terrible over the last four years. Honestly, I think this staff is worse at recruiting than the Carey regime and that's saying something. Hoping for better with a retooled coaching staff this year.

You mean the Carey regime that produced all Americans and NFL draft picks? That Carey regime?

Sure, everyone finds a good player here and there, as does this staff. On aggregate though, both bad.

Carey’s recruiting was way more impressive than Hammocks in terms of impact players. It’s not even close. Hammock has two more classes to equal the number of classes Carey had and if he wants to equal Rod in impact players he is gonna need to basically find ALL MAC players at every position. Hammock also had the advantage of the portal. No superstars left but Lombardi did arrive.
