For the most part, every player on every sports team in the university are adults (OLD ENOUGH TO FIGHT FOR OUR COUNTRY)--------I can just see an 18 year old -getting hired by FED EX----but then wanting to wear the colors of UPS on the job

Our colors are BLUE/GRAY----------if the university don't like the colors anymore ----then officially announce the change and re-brand ---------since we caved not getting another real TIGER--TOM --then might as well change that name too

It wasn't sarcasm, so I'm not sure how you got it. The players seem to like the uniforms, and the coach certainly likes it. That's what matters.

Also, your analogy is invalid and ridiculous. You might have a point if only one person on the team wore something different, but the entire team is wearing the same uniform. That would be the equivalent of FedEx having everyone wear UPS colors.

You need to accept that the current trend is for teams to have special uniforms, that have nothing to do with team colors, that they wear on occasion. It's not limited to the Tigers. Open your eyes and there's a whole new world out there, I promise.

I have never understood the jersey complaints when practically every school in the country has alternate uniforms.

The NBA, as you pointed out, issues the entire league "city edition" alternates that they wear throughout the year and a lot of teams even have alternate courts to match the uniforms.

Back in my young days (the 70s) KState had different colors for jersey and shorts. I think they even wore them for a game or two this season
