They were available outside the ACC market.

Inside the ACC market it was blacked out and you had to watch on Bally's or their app

Diamond Sports Group Suing Sinclair (was RE: Bally Sports Will Declare BAnkruptcy...)
https://cordcuttersnews.com/everything-w...years-ago/

Then on Monday, Diamond Sports Group sued Sinclair and JP Morgan chase, alleging Sinclair charged too much for management services and arguing that Sinclair is profiting from a licensing rights deal in which Ballys pays Sinclair for the naming rights to Diamond Sports’ regional networks.

Diamond Sports also wants Sinclair to pull back money that was paid to JP Morgan Chase. Earlier this year, Sinclair paid Chase $190.2 million to cover the majority of preferred equity units the bank bought for $1.025 billion in 2019, which allowed for the original deal to create Bally Sports.

I have no idea if the DSG suit against Sinclair for the management fees has merit legally. But as an observer, I'd guess that there's some fire behind that smoke. If nothing else, Sinclair might settle the suit and completely sever the relationship, which I believe has DSG paying Sinclair $100M a year for management something something, but that payment is deferred? It was part of the debt restructuring.

I super-duper have no idea if the DSG suit against Chase has any merit.
