Quarterback Logan Borodychuk (6-5, 210) of Mt. Pleasant (Mich.) High School announced his commitment to Central Michigan this afternoon, via Twitter.

A class of 2024 recruit, Borodychuk was offered a scholarship by the Chippewas on June 22, 2022 after attending a CMU football camp. This past season he led the Oilers to an 8-1 regular season.

Borodychuk becomes the Chippewas first known commitment in their 2024 recruiting class. CMU was his only reported FBS offer.

The Chippewas are also recruiting Borodychuk's highly touted MPHS teammate, OL Andrew Dennis (6-5, 275), who currently reports 13 scholarship offers, including CMU, Boston College, Illinois, Louisville, Missouri and Cincinnati.
