Meh, they still didn't play the greatest on the offensive end...and EMU isn't Toledo...especially with their best player out.

They still seem too robotic on the offensive end for my liking. They run their sets and make passes and attempt shots seemingly not knowing that there's defenders on the court. They need to clean up the TO's and start making some damned layups. I've never seen a team miss so many layups since the BG men's team a couple years ago when Frye and Turner were playing...although they weren't necessarily the ones who couldn't make one.

They'll need to find an answer for Kiefer or they won't get past Ball again. She torched them last time going 9-9 from the floor and grabbing 11 boards. Thankfully she fouled out.

This officiating is something else. Wow!

Dude, both games. I've seen these faces all year long. Confusing at times. But I saw a h.s. game last night, and let me tell you... not many good ones are coming up the ranks.

Keifer for BSU plays kinda dirty. She's had some Ts this season for elbows and shoves. She seems to lose her cool relatively easily. Some of the things not even called (refs not paying attention?) I'm not a fan of Sallee on the court but he's a respectable coach that knows the game. His comments on Akrons coach this week was awesome. BSU could really make noise in the WNIT.

BG played well! BATTLE OF 80/90 TOMORROW! Keeping the men's fans in Cleveland would be huge for the advantage.

Should be a great final tomorrow. Bowling Green had different players step up exactly when they were needed - Brett, Fleming, Day and Tate all made key plays or shots. That was a rough game - we'll see if BG can recuperate in time for tomorrow.

Arch rivals playing for a guaranteed bid...THIS is what college sports is about!

(Although I think both teams deserve a bid regardless)

Rockets dominate BG 73-58 and sweep the regular season and tournament titles.

That's the Rockets' 9th tournament title, the 2nd under Cullop. Lockett the tournament MVP. Rockets are now 57-10 the last 2 seasons, with more games to play.

BG gets a home game on the 16th against Liberty.

Ball State gets a home game, also on the 16th, with Belmont.

Kent State goes to Syracuse on the 15th.

BG and Ball State are in the same bracket.

Bowling Green has not announced anything. I've got to think the default ESPN+ would be available if nothing else. Perhaps they are still working these things out.

I checked the ESPN schedule, and it has the Bowling Green game on ESPN3 at 6:00 PM. I don't see the other two games scheduled yet.

Yeah, that's all I'm seeing so far. Probably depends on whether Syracuse and Ball State normally televise their home games on + or 3. BG usually broadcasts all theirs.

FYI - Toledo in on ESPN2 at 3:30 on Saturday, the 18th.
