Top 25 polls released
Just saw AP and Coaches polls released. We got 10 votes (38th rank) in AP poll. Memphis still didn't get a vote in coaches poll. Interestingly, Temple did get one vote. Also looked up several bracketology projections. We seem to be steadily viewed as a 9 seed, which at least gives us a little flexibility should we have one bad conference loss.

I think the main thing to take away, is that IF we beat UCF, Cincinnati and Temple at home, there is almost no practical or mathematical chance we don't make the tournament. We are next to impossible to beat at home.
We will be 6-0 head to head, will be at least 25 points clear of all of them in the NET, and will be ahead of them in the AAC regular season. IF we win all three, I think we can lose against Wichita and USF and still be in, as long as we win one game in the conference tournament. It also means we don't have to beat Houston to get in.
It would take a crazy combination of bad things to keep us out. I don't think UCF or Cincinnati beating Houston will be enough to knock us out if we are 4-0 against them. I think at that point, we would only possibly be out if one of them wins the conference tournament.

Just silly that we are getting zero points from the coaches' grad assistants filling out their forms.

Didn’t we lose to UCF?

Just asking: Did we do anything last week that should have impressed more voters into giving us a nod?
(Hey, I want the Tigers to be ranked as much as anyone!)

Just think win streak and road wins, always remember…winning is hard and road wins are really hard.

Yes. Double digit wins. And you also have to consider what everyone else is doing.
#23/24 UConn has lost 6 of their last 8 games.
#25/23 Auburn - who we beat on a "neutral" court - lost both games last week.

UConn has the perfect NET profile, hammering teams in most of their wins.
