Yes, but you have to be careful, some of that gas can be sulfur fumes from a simmering cauldron of unseen truth, and some of it is the methane of decaying detritus and both can ignite from time to time and singe some egos. Sometimes it singes those of the know it alls, and sometimes it singes that of the know nothings.
And sometimes it simply erupts from thawing tundra and explodes the concept that global warming is a myth.
