San Francisco Bay Area (most likely San Jose) and Utah will join the league in 2024, with Boston's entry TBD:

The expansion fee is reported as $50 Million for San Francisco and Boston. Utah had previously negotiated a lower fee in the wake of the Utah Royals being sold and relocating to Kansas City.

Boston's home stadium hasn't been determined, but Inwouldn't be surprised if it's Gillette.
