Use to be a day everyone looked forward too, but the "early" signing period has changed that, and is really "the" signing period for the most part.

Butch Jones did note in his press conference going over their early signees that February was still important for them , but 247 only shows one unsigned commit.

Not sure what to expect next Wednesday- their coaches have been focused on adding 2023 walk-ons, and extending 2024 and 2025 offers, but expect some additions at QB and on the defensive front-simply because they need them and have been a recruiting priority, and maybe one JC LB -because 247 shows they have one committed.

As I noted on another thread my guess based on following their recruiting is they probably have at least one Portal QB committed , and unless the one visiting this weekend is that player, are trying to add another.

The only evidence that they may have some "silent" commits on the DL, is up until a couple of weeks ago almost every defensive lineman entering the portal immediately showed an A-State offer, and astatenation was showing JC players reporting A-State offers on their twitter account, then that ended.
