The home team won both games but West Virginia and Oklahoma are both 2-6 in the Big 12 while Auburn is 6-2 in the SEC and Alabama is 8-0. So you are saying two of the worst teams in the Big 12 just beat two of the best teams in the SEC and a team that isn't even an NCAA team just destroyed the best team in the SEC.

And we really want to see an ACC-SEC Challenge next year? The best team in the SEC is getting blown out vs. a Big 12 bottom feeder.

Tell the whole tale. Unranked Mizzou (4-4 SEC) knocked off #12 ISU (6-2 Big 12) by 17 as well. Currently unranked Miss St. (1-7 SEC) is up by 9 on #11 TCU (5-3 Big 12). Common denominator is who held home court.

Julian Strawther came to play. Looking like no upset happening today.

Still there’s been 7 ranked teams to lose to unranked teams today. With Kansas and SMC still left to play. Crazy day!

Strawther goes for 40 as he proved to be the difference down the stretch in Gonzaga's 82-67 win.

Looks like Big 12 wins challenge 7-3. What is interesting is:
OU 93, #2 Alabama 69
Miss. St. 81, #11 TCU 74
Missouri 78, #12 ISU 61
WVU 80, #16 Auburn 77

Only three ranked teams beat unranked teams:
#5 KSU 64, Florida 50
#17 Baylor 67, Arkansas 64
#9 KU 77, UK 68

The other games:
Ok. St 82, Ole Miss 60
Texas Tech 76, LSU 68
#4 UTK 82, #10 UT 71

Only Kansas and Texas Tech won on the road.

Down 56-55 to BYU with less than 4 seconds left, Aidan Mahaney of St. Mary's hits a tough, clutch fadeaway to beat BYU 57-56.

I think I saw an insane stat that Baylor is 12-1 in their last 13 games against AP Top 10 opponents or something like that. Wow, that's impressive if true.

Top 5 program right now and for the foreseeable future as long Scott Drew at the helm. I don't remember who it was that called them the most overrated program in the country and insinuated that their 2021 title was a fluke but that has to be the dumbest thing I've ever read on this board. Like I hate Baylor but I recognize that they are one of the few truly elite programs right now.

I saw that Baylor used a zone defense for a bit in today's game, and it surprised me. It was that defense that allowed KU to win I forget how many games against Baylor without a loss. I think it may have been Jerome Tang who persuaded Drew to give up the zone. Their recruiting has always been pretty good. I wouldn't think any NC is a fluke.

Well the whole tale is the SEC lost 7-3. Texas Tech won on the road? They're 0-8 in the Big 12! If the Big 12 can embarrass the SEC, what's the ACC going to do to them? The ACC might have won this year but the Big 10 won the previous three years. The ACC won the first ten times but only won three times since 2008 while the Big 10 won 8. The only way the SEC is ever going to beat the ACC is if they decide the ACC-SEC Challenge is the winner of the Kentucky-Louisville game.

Maybe SEC vs. Pac 12 would be a fair conference challenge. Nah, the Pac 12 had enough trouble this year with the ... SWAC!

It’ll be interesting how Gonzaga and Saint Mary’s are seeded. I know the head-to-head’s for these two are yet to come, but, I think SMC could come out of those games 0-2, win out all the other games, and probably still have a top-10 NET ranking. Best win? San Diego State? Oral Roberts? North Texas? With no wins against Gonzaga, they’ll probably be a 5/6 line.

Go 3-0 against the Zags (the two remaining games and then the CCG for the AQ), where do they both land?

They'll be in the range of a 4 or 5 if SMC wins out (including over Gonzaga).

Speaking of laughable, the ACC is ranked 7th in the conference NET rankings. The Mountain West is 5th. The MW being ahead of both the PAC 12 and the ACC is awesome.

They’re starting to show up as a 5 on most brackets. So if they were to win out I don’t see how they wouldn’t be a 3.
