I do not think Wyoming would be considered, small TV market, R2. Currently there are only a handful of G5 teams that are R-1:Colorado State University, Rice University, Tulane University, University of Hawaii, Memphis, UNLV, Nevada, New Mexico, South Florida, UTEP, UTSA, Utah State. R2s that may get a look are: Boise State, SDSU, Fresno ST, SMU, Tulsa

They question becomes does the PAC12 expand and if so will they consider R2s? Do they value the size of the TV market over current CONF FAN AFFILIATIONS or would they want to gain untapped TV markets?
