This week's games
I am done try to make predictions regarding this year's team. I predicted we would be "competitive" in the OVC and, for the most part, except against Tennessee State we have been. However, I clearly believed that competitive meant more than one win in 6 league games. Surprisingly, Tennessee State, who looked like world beaters against us is only 2-4 in the league. I would think that if our players have any pride, they would be out for revenge when Tennessee State comes to Little Rock this week. Don't know much about Tennessee Tech, but they are 4-2 in the league. We clearly need two home wins this week to "right the ship" and to have any chance for a "decent" season. Two home losses and are chances to even make the tournament (top 8) start to look slim. A split would mean 3 home losses, less than halfway through the conference season, certainly not a place we want to be.
