Did we just hire a coach from St Benedict Academy? Anyone have the name?

Joey Magnifico is Football Coach (and maybe AD) there.
If he's on staff I would imagine it's as a GA.

It's Justin Hunter.

Magnifico is HC, and Will Hudgens is there too. But the St Benedict staff member known to be hired by Memphis is Justin Hunter. He was WR coach there last year, and was brought on Memphis staff this week as a non-recruiting Offense Quality Control guy (I think that's the right title).

Yep. That's it. Thanks!

He took leave to try USFL. Got hurt. I assume he's back to coaching St. B. I, like you, can't imagine him being more than a WR coach.
