Progress. Will need to clarify loop home around, “transferring due to a physical injury or mental health concern.”

I was just about to comment on exactly that. There are still holes large enough to drive a truck through. It won't be an impediment.

Coach is being mean and they need to find a safe place.

Yeah still doesn't do what needs to be done. But transferring a second time due to playing time is just about gone.

RE: NCAA modifies portal
the thing is, there has been lots of tampering going on.
One example, is Mississippi State.
After the death of coach of Coach Leach, lots of schools were sending out feelers to their players.
If you suspect a team has tampered...or has been known to tamper with players...denying a transfer to one of those schools kind of makes sense. No?
Will it have any kind of teeth?
I dunno. Someone from the denying school would have to put that info out there...and shame the offending school away from the player(s) in question.

Any back and forth conversation between a player and school before the player enters the portal should result in extreme penalty for school and player.

Player should lose eligibility for that year and forced to sit.

School should lose that scholarship for double the number of years of eligibility the player has left.

You tamper with a player that has 3 years of eligibility left then you lose the use of that scholarship for 6 years.
