Cotton Bowl ... Tulane vs USC
AAC champ Tulane plays its first major bowl game in 83 years, and against blue blood and PAC runner-up USC.

Let's hope it's a good one!

That was funny!

This is a fascinating matchup. Tulane is the most G5 of all G5 reps since Western Michigan. USC is USC. Just don't have a feel for this game, expect I will be surprised and happy if Tulane wins.

Don't forget about the Citrus Bowl quo vadis. Or should I start the thread?

I think Tulane can give USC a strong game today. Trojans have a few opt-outs and injuries. They also have been terrible against the run. I think the Green Wave can have a great day on the ground and win it.

Mismatch on paper. Just depends on who is playing for USC and how many of them are into the game. I'm sure Tulane wants to play.

Tulane looks like it's never played defense before. Sure, USC is good on offense, but Tulane is just letting these guys run wild.

That's probably game. Hard to imagine Tulane getting stopping USC's offense twice.

USC has 200 yards on screen passes because Tulane can't tackle worth a s*it.

Plenty of time left with a USC team that has been giving up big plays all year. Don't count the Wave out just yet.

And now a huge special teams mistake. Wow.
