The pre-game primer.

Saturday 2:00 @Chartway: Louisiana (10-3, 0-1 SB). ESPN+

Last game: Coastal started the game 5-0 and steadily built the lead to 31-19 before Louisiana rallied to trail 35-38 @HT. Louisiana stayed hot early in the second half to lead 50-42 and then 69-59 @4:40. Coastal stormed back to tie the game @76 @0:51, then CC drew a foul @0:04 and hit 1-2 FT to claim the victory. Coastal was 19-24 FT vs 11-12 for Louisiana. Jordan Brown led the Ragin Cajuns with 25 pts (8-16 FG, 9-10 FT), Terrence Lewis had 19 (9-16 FG, 0-3 3s, 1-1 FT) and Greg Williams added 10 (4-8 FG, 2-4 3s).

This is the official game thread and it is not you or anyone else causing these horrible performances. The season thus far could really swing in a much more positive direction with a win today. Here is how I see it....they have size and length at each position plus a couple of tough matchups for us. Hope I am wrong and they prove me wrong, but this will be a double digit loss if they score 68 and above.

I'm not (that) superstitious. However, message board protocol dictates that after a loss a poster surrenders his option for initiating official game threads.

I'm just impatient and have my pre-game primers ready well in advance of the actual game.

Me and 78 can switch it up whenever we lose. That makes it pretty simple.
