Just wouldn’t be the same without him.

He called Harris Alo or vice versa in the postgame

Now that's true professionalism from the "voice" of the Tigers.

Damn straight.

Wouldn't have it any other way.

With Davis - 2nd weekend NCAA tourney potential

And that's what really irks who-dood.

I forgot what a serial flopper Tyler is. Seems it mostly paid off for him this time. Although his 8(?) turnovers were not good.

A bit absurd to make that comparison. Go look at Bates's stats last year, compare them to Davis's this year, and get back to me. If you recall, Bates abruptly stopped getting any playing time due to some mysterious "injury." Yeah. Furthermore, I haven't seen anyone suggest that he is the best PG that we've ever had play for the Tigers, but that doesn't change the overwhelming consensus that he's the best player on our team and one of the best PGs in the nation at this moment.

Doesn't change the fact that Bates was given the green light and keys to the team-------------just because you haven't seen it doesn't make it false----------as for the best player on the team-that is debatable IMO-----------as for being one of the best PGs in the nation--again debatable ----there is more to just the amount of shots a player takes--don't know for certain--but I bet there are a number of guards out there with better overall numbers --top 3 in plus/minus are guards Clark- UCLA 16.8/ Perry -North Texas 14.8/ House -New Mexico 14.5 / by the way Sasser -Houston 12.4...etc etc ....Davis 7.0 ------what about defense ? ---Again like I have stated --I am glad we have Davis

The comparisons to Bates and Lomax are so over the top dumb, it is mind boggling. It would be a poor attempt at trolling if you were trolling. That a human being thinks this, is incredible.

Do NOT try to read anything into the way the team played.

First game back from Christmas break against a massive underdog.

The Tigers just weren't up for the game against a team that came in on a winning streak and fired up to play.

Really can't look at any one item and say they didn't play well.

When USF's legs got tired in the end the Tigers kicked it in and took advantage.

They will come out fired up to play from the first tip tomorrow.

That is the key. They have to play like they mean it from the start. Going through the motions won't cut it, no matter the opponent.
