Ratings are a "composite" based on the major recruiting sites ratings like 247- but actually shows them, so both sites ratings are very similar.

Have been a lot faster in reporting commits, decommits, etc., and assigning player ratings than 247.

Do a much better job of adjusting a players rating in the Portal based on what the player did or did not do at his previous schools.

Don't think they have a tool to compare over all roster talent like 247's College Team Talent, so will use 247 it when it comes to comparing a teams talent to others.
