They’re an FBS team playing JV. It’s super boring.

According to the narrative in the posts above, it was a "great game!"

In that sense, it wasn't boring, with all those lead changes.

To anyone who hates to see NDSU win, tune in to the FCS Championship Game vs. South Dakota State.

South Dakota State beat NDSU in their earlier meeting this season.

South Dakota State have won 4 of the last 6, three in a row. Minus now departed JMU, SDSU is the only FCS team who seem to not fear playing NDSU. Should be a good, physical, loud game. The two staffs, players, do not like each other, at all.

I’m sure Bison fans would be thrilled to lose their games with UND, SDSU and UNI for matchups with Louisiana Tech and Kennesaw. IMMENSELY.

Only way NDSU go, is if SDSU go, geography says no one wants either right now, but if anyone ever does, it will be both. SDSU has the stronger Olympics plus solid FB. NDSU has football plus solid Olympics.

I think that depends on the school. Not sure how any of the G5 leagues brings a better schedule for ND State than their Valley rivals. And it didn’t work so well for Idaho. Or UMass.

That’s fair. I was admittedly thinking about JMU’s upgraded regular season schedule moreso than Bizzzonz. It would absolutely require SDSU to move with, along with the Montanas.

JMU scheduling is an upgrade, but NDSU (SDSU, MSU, UM) are not getting into the Sun Belt. Would the MWC provide an upgrade? Yes, but they are not taking any of the 4. CUSA are a joke.

He should've tied the game when he had the opportunity.

In Fargo, take the points, not doing so will always doom you in the end.

lol, no you didn't. You got a TD on a one-off trick play on the ragged edge of illegal motion then a meaningless FG with 16 seconds left. NDSU manhandled you all day long. You're the only MVFC member to not beat NDSU since we went D1, and just 1 of 4 that hasn't since we started our championship streak.

Trick plays count the same. The 4th down call, Schweigert will take that with him to his grave. That completely turned momentum.

lots of teams have had NDSU on the ropes. The reason NDSU typically wins those battles is because of the the culture, conditioning and physicality.

We have had a number of good to great players throughout the years but top to bottom, our players are not far superior to other schools. NDSU just knows how to play as a team and very few schools will match up in their physicality.

I think this is on point. Experience breeds champions. Except the Bills. The players are not the same each season but North Dakota St in Frisco, Texas has built a reputation and opponents are not just playing the team in front of them but they are also seeing the ghosts of the Bison teams that won 9 of the last 11 FCS national titles. If the Jackrabbits can get out of their own heads about this matchup, I think they have a really good chance to win. I just wouldn't bet against North Dakota St in their second home.

Damn, is this what SDSU fans tell themselves to feel better about never having won anything in the FCS? “We’re the most not afraid of Bison!”

NDSU has had the best OL in FCS for over a decade. I plainly admit that.

SDSU started causing the headaches when they put more focus on their OL and DL. UND is just finally emphasizing up-sizing its OL and DL. (They'd been working at it but it finally seems a point of emphasis.)
