I think that's right. Probably means Carter is content with the hire and has reason to stay. Keep in mind much of the team has already gone home for the semester and is taking classes and finals virtually, so Carter being there in person for a photo isn't nothing.

Carter has offers from Auburn, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Va Tech, the list goes on. Very impressive to keep him if true.
