Her response was an embarrassment to ODU and the women's program. I can't believe with the whole athletic department down there as well as PR people like Harry, that someone could not have given her a script to read. The coach from Troy did a magnificent job and should be commended for her post game press conference. Wish I could say the same for us.

Couldn’t agree more. Sitting there laughing over it. The Troy coach handled it like a total pro. DMJ isn’t “it.”

What exactly was DMJ’s response?

If I knew how to post a video I would lol. I think you can find it on YouTube. Post game press conference. She basically make fun of the fact they had 6 players on the court. Something like “well technically we only had 5 on the court and one throwing the ball in.” She was laughing with two players. It was just not a good look.

Wow. Watched her response. What a callous, insensitive and embarrassing reaction. Laughing and joking (at least I hope that was an attempt at a joke) about what happened to Troy is terrible. She should make an official statement of apology for her response. No wonder folks think she did it intentionally and then laughed about getting away with it. She came across pretty awful and stupid IMO.

Its going to be rough for the ladies today. I think more mentally than anything. Nvm the fact that jmu is really good but with the outside distractions, and I'm putting money down that a lot of troy fans may have stayed just to root against odu today.

Another Loss to JMU

Tough loss, great come back but they didn’t have enough in the tank. Would’ve been very interesting if they didn’t step out right before the 3 With 15 seconds left

True, but the replay (sadly) did show she stepped out. Wish we would have gotten a replay view earlier on the ref passing the ball to our player with the fumble under the basket. That also hurt and the ESPN announcers seemed to think it should have gone our way. Alas, sometimes it goes your way (us yesterday) and sometimes not (today).

DMJ’’s response was embarrassing. “ I need to check the video”. Come on. I know they had a nice season, but still not impressed.

It was circulating on social media. Pretty much started at “there’s rumors of” and ended with her laughing. I don’t see anything wrong with her response.
