South Carolina is 4-4 on the season. They just beat #164 Georgetown 74-71 in OT on the road. Georgetown gave this one away.

Their best win was over #71 Clemson 60-58. Their worst loss was to #210 George Washington 79-55. They play #305 Presbyterian today.

KenPom has UAB #46 and USC #167.

KenPom has it UAB 79 - South Carolina 65.

Hoping for a good bounce back and confidence building win. South Carolina is bad but they are still an SEC opponent. Knocking them off decisively will set a good tone going into conference play.

Anything less than a blowout win will be a disappointment but not unexpected.

They're not good but they at least have name recognition. I've gotten at least 10 casual fans to come to this game just because it's South Carolina. I've also seen a bunch of billboards around town advertising the game, hope it's a good crowd.

I expect it to be a difficult game and will be happy to win by 1

Looks like their star play is a true freshman F named GG Jackson. Kid was the top ranked recruit for the class of 23 and a UNC commit. Reclassed to 22 and committed to USC. He is their highest rated recruit in school history. I don't know what kind of talent they have around him. Obviously not a ton.

Agree with AB. This should be a blow out or close to it. We set the baseline for how we should play the rest of the year in the 2nd half against WVU. If we can't match that effort, we won't come near meeting this team's potential.

He is 6’9” 215#. He has scored 11 to 22 points every game.

Hopefully the groups that buy blocks of tickets will give them to someone who wants to go instead of letting them go un-used.
