Agree. High Point gave us a good game last year and we all know what happened at Jacksonville.

Hard to gauge Jacksonville this year since they've only played cupcakes and Duke. The VCU/Jacksonville game will give us a good idea of how they handle pressure and how they handle a good midmajor similar to UNCW.

High Point with nice wins against Furman and Wofford, beat Elon 84-70 and lost to UNLV 78-68. They are 8-1 and play a tough Queens college team before we meet.

Gotta keep the pedal to the medal these next 2 games because if we let up we will get snake bit

So good for the CAA

Conference has jumped up from 19th to 17th in the conference rankings (per WarrenNolan) since I checked earlier this week.

4 teams are still in the top 100 in the NET but everyone else is still outside of the top 200, with 4 outside of the top 300. But, still....progress.

Mostly under recruited players from NC on their roster as well.

N Texas v UMass - N Texas getting in the top 50 of NET would give us a Quad 1 win
ECU v South Carolina - Pirates not being terrible is a good thing
Campbell @ Ga Southern - Same with the Camels

UNCW is currently #41 in ELO rating. All this is worth watching.
