Yep. I would agree with you as the perpetrator (s) should be treated as a terrorist.

Seems like a no brainer for Dem/Rep/Ind in congress to pass some kind of regulation requiring utilities to harden our electrical grid. It's frighten to see how easily it is for an individual with a rifle to a knock out a sub station. Just imagine a coordinated attack on multiple substations at the same time.

No, no... You see, they were just doing their Patriotic Duty to aid us in identifying our infrastructure vulnerabilities for when the REAL terrorists want to do something bad to us.

Seems the company line relative to these types of shenanigans. If it works for voting machines and people sending in duplicated ballots.
