I posted it because a long running legal issue regarding a conference member was decided in court, and the result was just announced. Yes, the topic has long been discussed on the boards, but the ruling was new, newsworthy, and relevant.

It’s an issue that is happening all over the country. It’s not just some issue with GCU, like something they have done differently than other schools.

I'm surprised that GCU didn't follow Liberty's method of madness. Yes Liberty doesn't have an associated stock but they have over 100k students (mainly online vets). Yeah it would mostly be the same GCU but they can transition to the not for profit motif.
In the meantime does LOPE pay dividends? Asking for a friend.
