Not sure the ACC would ever invite WV.

RE: Question for Cindy fans
UC is in a good conference getting good money and TV exposure. Given UC's track record they will be in a new conference in 7 years.
I used to prefer ACC. But I see B12 with a few regional adds as a better spot.

Who from the ACC could the B12 add that would be great for UC fans? The old BE crew?

Not directed at me but Louisville, Pitt, and Miami (FL).
Louisville is obvious unless you’re clueless on UC’s history. I always felt like UC and Pitt was a bit of a forced rivalry but definitely they make sense for WV and the Backyard brawl along with getting Big 12 into legit Ohio/Pennsylvania recruiting grounds which they are a great state of talent as well. Miami (FL) has no conference history with UC but they would be perfect for a second Fl school and maybe rivals with UCF somewhat.
I don’t think any of those schools get Big Ten or SEC. I have a feeling eventually SEC/Big Ten will gobble up FSU, Clemson, NC, Virginia at minimum.

Agreed on the bold. Anything not picked up by the B12 would be out in the cold for the first time in their history. Hate it for them

UofL and Pitt would work nicely as rivals with UC and WVU. The Pitt rivalry was not forced as the two cities have rivalries in baseball and especially NFL.
Its pretty easy to hate them and I went to both UC v Pitt games when UC won and made NY6 bowls. Trust me, the rivalry is there and it would build.

Would y'all prefer staying in the B12 or going to the ACC minus Clemson and lets say FSU?
Would it be a straight money decision or do you prefer the schools/market in either conference.
The enthusiasm gap between the Big 12 and ACC (and PAC for that matter) is growing. We've seen it all year in attendance and ratings but the championship games really drove the point home.
The Big 12 championship game had more viewers than the ACC and Pac-12 championship games combined and was just slightly behind B1G and SEC.
I think in 10 years (which is a lifetime in college football) the ACC will be irrelevant in football.

Nothing forced about the Pitt rivalry IMO. I was in school when we transitioned to the Big East and hated those yinzers the moment they stepped off the bus.

For me, seeing Wake Forest get a huge welfare check every year since the BCS era has been head scratching. Really hope they end up in CUSA...

A little sports board fun. Like calling us EZU. But kids these days are so fragile.

It's middle school level trolling. Kind of like, what's Tulsa backwards, A-s l u t. I expect more creativity from our conference mates when talking trash.

Based on your post history and general football knowledge I'd estimate you are 14 years old. So I'd expect you to enjoy the "Cindy" bit.

A couple years ago I would have wanted the ACC. Today, I’ve bought into the B12. I’m interested in where Yormark will take us.

This due to more focus on football? Stability? Region?

I agree. It is a more stable conference. Arguably the 3rd most talented football conference and the best men’s basketball conference. The pac 12 is dead man waking when Oregon and Washington leave for big 10 since usc and ucla will want more west coast representation and when the ACC GOR expires the SEC will take Clemson and FSU. The remaining pac 12 schools with value will join the big 12. The big 12 commissioner is aggressive and I like that about him
