Like I get I have no inside info, my knowledge of football is limited to say the least but we all have observations and things where we can suggest improvement. However it gets shot down by over aggressive posters and there is just a lack of respect for other viewpoints.

I almost feel like a few of them are WMU supporters that are trolling us.

Everything they post seems to be negative towards all things CMU. So I often wonder if they are following the old ChipDip narrative and trying to bait those of us who support CMU.

While I can't entirely rule abject trolling out, I suspect there is one person who binge drinks and gets mean (behind the keyboard) and at least one who just likes to hear himself talk (read himself posting?). There are others who are just a little hotheaded. Having said that, I'd consider all welcome...but I would quickly step on any personal attacks and overtly political crap.

Fickell is not bringing Cummings to Madison.

Speaking of no sighting, wonder what our beloved AD is up to right now? NSD just a few weeks away and we have a coach entering the final year of his contract. Now might be a good time to decide if you’re going to extend Mac or go in a different direction. The leadership at our school seriously leaves a lot to be desired.

Absolutely right. This should have been done last year immediately after the bowl game. We need to find a way to bump assistant pay also.

Charge players entering the portal for the tuition they would have paid on their remaining letter of intent.

I wonder if she and Mac are both waiting to see how he is health-wise first. He had that seizure and was hospitalized for several days afterward, and guys on the other board says he was leaning on his assistants more than usual this season. Which would explain a few things, honestly.

Yep it would explain a lot and does he have the heart, will, and desire to rebuild again? Lot of work is needed, we have to hit the portal hard.
Why I am not opposed to him stepping down and getting a young energetic coach. With our budget and AD I just don't have a lot of faith she and rhe firm will make a great hire
