I'm getting that hungry young staff feeling. We need a couple of graybeards to balance things off. These two look like a good start.

Alex Mortenson, son of Chris. Currently an analyst at Alabama. You wanted a guy with local ties to recruit?
"Mortensen, who was in his second stint with the Crimson Tide, has been hired as the offensive coordinator at UAB by new head coach Trent Dilfer, according to CBS Sports’ Dennis Dodd.
Mortensen, 37, returned to Alabama in June of 2019 after coaching the wide receivers for the Birmingham Iron in the short-lived Alliance of American Football. Mortensen has served as an offensive analyst since, even helping fill in for offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien ahead of the College Football Playoff in 2021 after the play-caller tested positive for COVID-19."
"Mortensen, a former quarterback at Arkansas, Samford and with the Tennessee Titans, first arrived in Tuscaloosa as a graduate assistant in 2014 and moved up to an analyst before his departure in 2018."

Some nice comments from Bryce Young about Mortensen. Classy of BOL to publish that story.
