That's a pretty fun game to excited about, all things considered.

Wait. Boston is a cool city? You mean other than in temperature?

I like it well enough. Then again I'm a sucker for the old architecture you can find on the east coast.

Best city in the USA during Summer/Fall.

I like Boston all right. I wouldn't say "best in the USA" - that title belongs to Chicago. I'd put DC ahead of Boston overall too. As for prettiness and architecture, I'd put Boston 4th (behind San Francisco, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati).

"I love everything about Chicago except January and February."

I hate Chicago with a burning passion, weather sucks, traffic sucks, and everything costs too much. However, I have had some fun weekends in that city.

Been to Chicago three times and Boston once. I'll never go back to Chicago but I'll go back to Boston. Love that town.

Really? I thought it was from the Koch family of Boston Brewing. Are the Kochs and Hudepohls related?

I know it’s tame by craft beer standards, but the Boston Lager recipe is perfect!

The Koch’s are from Cincinnati. Sam Adams is an old Cincinnati recipe. Jim Koch is a sixth generation Brewmaster and his family all worked for Hudepohl.

At one point in time, Sam Adams beer contracted out its production to the Miller Brewing plant in my neck of the woods. I think another plant [not Miller] in Pennsylvania had a production contract as well.

Almost time to add more NFL teams, US or Europe. Too many quality athletes coming out every year.

I have lived in both Boston and Chicago.
Met my wife in Boston. Have had a few girlfriends in Chicago and maybe i'll go for that again one day.

San Diego is my favorite city I've lived in, I'll give Chicago a slight edge over Boston.

Now if we are talking bands, I'll Boston an edge over Chicago.

Between coaching-lite and opt-outs this makes the "E" in Exhibition tangibly real.

Good lord...this is starting to remind me of a JV football game on a Saturday morning. All the backups playing, only the players' families in the stands, and the Varsity coach watching from afar.

Backup QB’s playing for both UC and UofL. Might actually be interesting. Will let us know what we have, and don’t have, going into 2023.

To me, Saturday's outcome is totally unpredictable because of plug and play and coaching staffs in disarray. I'm going to sit back, enjoy one last look at Bearcat football for 2022, and hope to see some inspiring play from promising underclassmen who have worked and waited their turns and can shine in Fenway. Does Prater now have an experience edge over Louisville's backup QB? I guess we'll find out.

UofL's backup is Brock Domann, who saw a lot of action throughout the season as he was platooned with Malik Cunningham as he was the traditional drop back passing option. Domann played in 9 games and was 66/123 passing (53.7%) with 3 TDs and 5 Ints. Domann was a JUCO transfer for Louisville and started for two seasons at Independence Community College (Kansas). As some may know, that is the school featured on the Netflix documentary "Last Chance U".
