Yep.

There are a lot of factors that go into decision making, this being just one of them. The football record is one of them but not the exclusive factor to only be looked at. Lot of things point to 2023 being a very good year for Memphis football. One of the things I am closest to was what happened to my high school team. We were 2-8 my junior year. My senior year we got a lot of transfers who moved to Florida from northern states who had played football before and several returning players developed a lot over the summer. We ended up 7-3 my senior year. We have the players...let's see how it plays out.

There is an immense lack of accountability here, players NOT ONLY receiving NIL deals, albeit "before" any performance on the field (In most cases). Now being allowed to determine how the admin utilizes resources to determine whom heir "leader" will be... It seems that an era has been created, were there are those that are gaining "more" leverage, from those that utilize discretionary income to make their dreams a "reality".

This reminds me and reeks of ""privileged" kids, whom you occasionally witness in public, whom live under their parents roof, have a vehicle; attend private school; have the newest (latest) in gadgets (computer;phones;notepads;etc. They have a closet that have their own clothes (not sharing with siblings). Also, not required to work any job during adolescence period (only focusing on school;themselves;their personal development)....All you have to do is exist......Their is an issue/epidemic here. As there are occasions when these entities are witnessed in public, taking at their parents; snapping at them or being totally disrespectful in their tone. When in essence, they are merely existing, not really successful yet in or at anything.....There is just an arrogance of privileged that embodies them...

We are when this happens in public, however, some actually witness this inside the home and most merely sth :

NIL/Lack of Accountability/Social Media is creating a new dynamic to deal with....If these adolescents were to take over parents responsibilities, how would they fair? We as leaders of the household, have a very good idea of the disasters that would accumulate....Is why we do what we can to get our youth to eliminate "any" distractions and focus on the task that is before you (in most cases, asked of you). As you will fair a lot better....Especially with an "immature" mind, As you don't want this adult
